First Method:
Goto Start-> Run-> Type services.msc ->You will find services in that look for DNS Client and Stop it.
Second Method:
If not opening in IE Browser
In Browser Tools -> Internet options -> Security Tab -> Select Trusted Site and add the site in that and add it.
